Shipping & Delivery
All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of you placing the order using USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 1 to 3 days in the United States however, you may receive your items much earlier. International shipping takes 4 to 7 days for Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. Other countries take around 1-2 weeks. Please keep in mind that during holidays or special occasions, this time may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS, Fedex, or UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, Fedex, or UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.
PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED OR LOST
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family and roommates in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Your Smile does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Morocco, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, and Australia. If your country is not listed here, we can arrange special shipping offers for you. Please let us know.
